LCUL is excited to bring The Foundation’s Exploring Why workshop to Louisiana’s credit unions! The Exploring Why workshop is a training program that credit unions and system partners can use to help their employees connect to the credit union difference and discover new and better ways to drive value for your members and organization.
In this two-day workshop, attendees will learn about the structural and philosophical differences between credit unions and other financial institutions as well as how to leverage those differences to create competitive advantages in the marketplace. Attendees will also explore the connection between your credit union and members’ financial health through discussing mission and purpose.

Educational Investment
Registration for this program is $450 per attendee.
For those applying for an education grant, the value of the food and beverage provided is $75 per person and cannot be deducted from the cost of the program.
