Over the course of 12 weeks, you will have 10 separate 90-minute sessions that will engage you in thought-provoking discussions with like-minded colleagues and industry experts about credit union hot topics, operational strategies, and finances that will give you the knowledge necessary to become a leader at your institution.

You will receive resources such as industry related reading materials, recommendations for further professional development, and collaboration with credit union experts.

At the end of the Academy you, with the help of your fellow participants in the Academy, will use the knowledge gained to put together a well-thought-out argument for (or against) on of the current industry hot topics to share with the rest of the participants.
