Pelican State Credit Union is excited to announce Lindsey Richard's promotion to Senior Vice President of Operations.
Lindsey has significantly contributed to the success and growth of the credit union in his 20-year tenure. For the last 19 years, he has served as Vice President of Operations/Project Management, where his consistency, steadiness, and meticulous organization have led him to successfully execute 13 mergers, strengthen Pelican’s business continuity plan, and navigate countless disaster recovery efforts.
In his new role, Lindsey will oversee Project Management, Facilities, and operational departments including Operations, Risk Management, Fraud, Compliance, Purchasing, ITM/ATM, and Digital Banking under the leadership of Melissa Ott, CFO/EVP.
