Pelican State Credit Union is excited to announce Chelsea Gstohl’s promotion to Vice President of Member Experience.
Chelsea has been with Pelican State CU for over 13 years and has served in several different leadership roles during her tenure, including Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Business Development and Vice President of the Contact Center. Throughout her time with the credit union, she has demonstrated the ability to build high-performing teams, develop effective leaders, and improve processes.
Her achievements have been recognized within the credit union and outside. She received the prestigious “Employee of the Year” designation and was named CURATE for Women and BAI’S Emerging Leader.
In her new role, Chelsea will lead the member services team and ensure that member experience is excellent and consistent at every touchpoint.
