Pelican State CU has promoted Katie Buvens to Assistant Vice President of the Contact Center

Pelican State Credit Union is excited to announce Katie Buvens’ promotion to Assistant Vice President of the Contact Center.

Throughout her 15-year tenure at Pelican, Katie has proven herself to be a committed and diplomatic team member and leader. She has played a vital role in the success of numerous projects launched at the credit union.

In her new role, she will work under the leadership of Chief Member Experience Office Annette Thames and Vice President of Member Experience Chelsea Gstohl to ensure that member experience is excellent and consistent at every touchpoint.
