Essential Credit Union is proud to announce the grand opening of their new drive-thru, conveniently located in Baton Rouge at 2370 Towne Center Blvd.
Designed with innovative technology and member convenience in mind, the new drive-thru offers an updated banking experience in the form of ITMs (or Interactive Teller Machines). ITMs allow members to complete a wide variety of services with the assistance of a live Essential representative, from simple deposits to more complex transactions.
Equipped with 2 lanes, members can expect streamlined service and seamless transactions without leaving their vehicles. In addition, after normal banking hours, the ITMs will convert to ATMs allowing members 24/7 access to the convenience of the drive-thru.
