ACU’s MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS - PAST 10 YEARS: Increased Assets from $55M to over $100M; Loans from $25M to $77M; Reached 10,000 in Memberships; Opened two (2) new Branches in Donaldsonville & Prairieville; Obtained CDFI certification - Received over $2M in grants; Extended over 14,000 Loans totaling over $224M; Established a Mortgage Department and Small Business program; Increased their Net Promoter Score (NPS) to 83.8! AND For 7th year in a row (2017 – 2023), Won the “BEST OF ASCENSION” people’s choice award: BEST CREDIT UNION & BEST MORTGAGE LENDER!
