DOCCU is seeking a Member Service Representative for our downtown Baton Rouge Main Office. Must have outstanding member service skills and possess the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsible for:

• Day to day teller transactions including but not limited to: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, etc. as well as opening and closing of accounts and all member service requests including current balances, transaction history, loan payoffs and statements.
• Process requests for stop payments, card disputes, wire transfers, and ACH.
• Maintain product knowledge to assist members with any and all needs.
• Teller experience required with accurate cash handling and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Member service oriented.
• Attention to detail and mathematical skills required.

Demonstrate flexibility in working Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. NO WEEKENDS! Full benefits plan with Employer paid insurance. Salary DOE. Please send resumes to: amyh@doccu.org
