CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) POSITION SUMMARY Exceeding $94 million in assets, located in Monticello, Mississippi, Ferguson Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a financial executive to fill the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this individual will manage the accounting and finance functional areas of the credit union, as well as oversee the compliance and payment solutions (collections) departments.

Responsibilities will include managing general accounting, financial reporting, investments, asset liability management, and budgeting. Additionally, this individual will oversee auditing activities and ACH operations. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field plus a minimum of 10 years of experience in asset/liability management (ALM), financial planning and analysis, balance sheet management, and credit and/or treasury management functions within a financial institution is required, or an equivalent mix of education and work experience. A Master’s degree or a CFA/FRM designation is desired.
