Job Summary:

Plan and direct all Credit Union activities in accordance with Credit Union policies as established by the Board of Directors. Responsible for the leadership and growth of the Credit Union ensuring financial stability commensurate with the best interest of the members, the employees, and the Credit Union.

Job Qualifications:

Completion of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. Three to five years of management-level operations experience in credit union or financial institution of similar asset size ($120 million) or larger. Professional, well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills.

Job Duties:

Direct all Credit Union operations, which includes planning, recommending, and implementing programs/policies, and providing general administrative direction. Manage the day-to-day operation of the Credit Union and establish office procedures to use staff and facilities most efficiently. Prepare, implement, and supervise a budget for the Credit Union which is consistent with the overall strategic plan. Oversee accounting operations to include ALM, investments, financial reporting, and general accounting. Attend Board and Committee Meetings to report on the activities of the Credit Union. Work with auditors (quarterly/annual audits with outside auditors and NCUA) to ensure compliance.
