UNO Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Development Manager. Three years to five years of similar or related experience in the credit union industry and (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree). Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing a call program that includes contacting existing members to maintain and expand banking relationships and contacting prospective members to develop new business.
• Analysis of relevant statistics for the business development plan making recommendations to management when required.
• Developing promotional strategies and materials to meet business development goals.
• Maintaining complete product knowledge by finding opportunities for learning new selling techniques, new products and market trends.
• Assistance coordinating special events such as the annual meeting, including production of reports, selection of facilities, and meeting logistics.
• Working with sponsor groups to promote the Credit Union to their employees while maintaining a positive relationship.
• Representing the Credit Union at various functions to develop business relationships.
• Evaluating member needs, problems, and complaints, and arrange for meetings between members or prospective members and representatives of various functional areas.
• Conducting market research and recommends product and service modifications or improvements.
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
