The below form is to pre order the 2024 ID Checking Guides. CUCB Shareholders receive one (1) free copy of the guide. To receive your free copy, we do need you to complete the below form. The cost of the guides is $28 per guide. Invoices will be sent for your order in December when the pre order period closes. The books will ship out in February.

The deadline to place an order is December 15, 2023. 

There is a limited quantity and books will be fulfilled in a first come first serve bases. In 2024 we will have 80 copies avilable.
