Campus Federal Pierremont Branch Manager, Jason Rampmaier, and Campus Federal Business Development Officer, Auburn Brasher, were guests at the October TACO bout Lunch and Learn for students at LSU Shreveport. Each month students generate discussion topics applicable to the TACO bout guest’s expertise. While everyone enjoys a TACO lunch, the guest serves as the topic moderator and leads discussion regarding requested topics, shares experiences while correcting any inaccurate information, directs the students to additional resources, and provides professional guidance where appropriate.
Jason moderated the lunch and generated great discussion regarding the financial discussion points submitted by the students: credit cards, large purchases (home/car/etc.), building credit, savings, loans, paying off debt, and investing. As an LSU Shreveport Alumnus, Jason was very relatable to the attending students as he had “been in their shoes.”
