ADA Update from League Partner
February 12, 2018

Kudulis, Reisinger & Price, LLC has filed lawsuits in Louisiana state courts on behalf of two Louisiana credit unions against Scott Ferrell and Pacific Trial Attorneys for the ADA demand letters. The lawsuits claim Ferrell and Pacific Trail Attorneys engaged in fraud and the unauthorized practice of law. While no ADA case has been filed in Louisiana, Ferrell continues to make threats.
